An Idea That Took Shape — My Story Behind RS Sakhiya Diamond
I have always felt that diamonds are deeply personal.
They mark moments, carry emotions, and quietly become part of someone’s life story. That thought stayed with me from the very beginning — and it is what eventually became RS Sakhiya Diamond.
My journey in the diamond industry started more than a decade ago. From 2013 to 2020, I worked closely with some of the most respected names in the trade. Those years taught me the true value of craftsmanship — understanding diamonds from the inside out, learning patience, precision, and the responsibility that comes with working on something meant to last a lifetime.
In 2020, I decided it was time to take a step forward and build something of my own. RS Sakhiya Diamond was born from a simple intention: to create diamonds honestly, with care, and without cutting corners. The early days were demanding. There were challenges, doubts, and moments that tested my resolve — but each experience shaped the way we work today.
In 2022, this journey became stronger when Jignesh Vaghasiya joined as co-founder. He brought fresh perspective, new thinking, and valuable experience from other industries. Together, we focused on building a solid foundation — one rooted in trust, consistency, and long-term growth.
That same year, we took one of the most important steps in our journey by setting up our own diamond manufacturing unit. Bringing every stage in-house — from sourcing rough stones to final polishing — gave us complete control over quality, consistency, and pricing.
This milestone was made possible by the people I trust most. Ankit Sakhiya, who leads our rough diamond procurement, ensures we begin with the right foundation. Mayurbhai Dobariya, with his deep expertise in diamond polishing, brings precision and life to every stone. And together with me, Yashwant Sakhiya, as a close-knit family, we turned a shared dream into reality — built on trust, skill, and years of hard work.
Today, every diamond we create reflects this journey — finely crafted, fairly priced, and true to the values we believe in.
At the core of RS Sakhiya Diamonds is a belief I hold close:
diamonds should feel achievable, not distant.
In India especially, diamonds are often seen as something out of reach, while gold feels familiar and safe. I wanted to change that perception — to make diamonds something people can choose with confidence, without hesitation or compromise.
Today, RS Sakhiya Diamond continues to grow with the same values it started with — careful craftsmanship, honest pricing, and a deep respect for the people who wear our diamonds.
This is more than a business to me.
It is a reflection of years of learning, persistence, and belief — and a promise to create diamonds that feel right, meaningful, and truly worth owning.
