Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for purchases made online or over the phone.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging, without any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
- The original sales receipt must be included with the return.
Important Conditions:
- Shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Customers are required to securely package and insure the return shipment for the full purchase price. RS Sakhiya Diamond is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.
- No returns will be accepted if any modifications or changes have been made to the piece by another jeweler.
- Returns will be processed after the product is received and Quality Checked by our team. Once approved, refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days.
Refund Policy Based on Location:
- Local Clients: Refunds will be processed as per the standard return policy.
- International Clients: Acoupon equivalent to the value of the returned piece will be issued, which can be redeemed for future purchases.
